National Floral Heart Project
Our laying of floral hearts showcases the commitment to our community, by helping to serve, recognize and honor those we have lost.
1800Flowers and NYC artist, Kristina Libby, began the project to commemorate those lives lost to COVID-19. The project has scaled nationwide and serves as a tribute of remembrance during hardship.
Traditionally, flowers have been used for people around the world to express their condolences. These floral garland hearts are both a symbol of hope and a blessing for a better world.
Our Light after Loss Facebook Live series, hosted by Rebecca Soffer, the Cofounder of Modern Loss, will help guide you through the grieving process, step-by-step, bringing comfort, wellness and meaning.
